Gitte Steen Andersen (MFA). I’m a mixed medium artist, born in Denmark.
Coming from Scandinavia I was brought up with a passion for design - uncluttered simplicity which creates a greater sense of light, combined with clean lines and organic flowy – and very colourful - shapes. I have empathy for materials and create multi-sensory paintings and installations, which provides a holistic experience; facilitating physical touch and the intertwining of mind and body.
